Wallball 101

Wallball is a competitive game in which either hand or fist may be used to hit the ball. The objective is to win each rally by serving or returning the ball so the opponent is unable to keep the ball in play. A rally is won when one player is unable to return the opponent’s shot legally. Points are only awarded to the serving player/team, when the serving side loses one rally in singles or two rallies in doubles, it loses the serve. Losing the serve is called an “out.”

Wallball is played between either two or four players. When played by two, it is called singles; and when played by four, doubles.
When serving, the server must keep the ball inside the boundaries, making sure its first bounce stays within the borders otherwise its considered a 'fault'. If the ball bounces outside the sidelines, or reaches the ground before hitting the front wall its considered a 'double fault'.
Wallball is a non-contact sport, replays will occur if contact does; and deliberate contact will be awarded against the initiator.

KEY KID RULES

The ball can only bounce once before you hit it and you can only hit it with one hand. The ball must hit the front wall and stay in the lines of the court.
You can use both your left and right hands to hit the ball but only 1 hand at a time.
You can only score a point on your serve.
You must serve and win the rally before you score a point.
When you serve you must hit the ball past the service line, if it doesn’t make it past the service line, you get another chance to serve the ball, if unsuccessful a second time, it’s a handout and your opponent gets to serve.
If you hit the ball out past the sidelines, that’s an immediate hand out and your opponent gets to serve.
There may be times whereby your opponent hinders your view of the ball, this is a play it over situation, so serve the ball again.
1 Game to 11, whoever gets to 11 first is the winner!
